Precision Metal Products is capable of satisfying all of your quality needs. Our quality team assures compliance and works with our production team to guarantee conformance to your requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Engineer give surety that all customer needs are met, and a full service inspection department backed by years of industry experience monitors and measures product and processes per detailed control plans.
Automated inspections are integrated into our processes to be sure that specific customer needs are met. We have the ability to 100% verify critical dimensions on assembled components, and our stamping processes are supported by automated in-process material thickness checkers, which verify that the material thickness meets requirements. Measuring capabilities include a programmable Keyence optical measuring system, optical comparators, Chatillon load/spring tester, United Testing Systems Tru-Blue digital hardness testers, and a variety of hand-held measuring tools.
